Pre-registration via ease.gov.cv mandatory (security tax 3400 CVE intl, 150 CVE domestic). All inbound aircraft from Africa (incl domestic) must perform disinfection before landing per ICAO Annex 9. Private non-commercial flights require landing permits (48/72h windows).
