What do I get with the free plan? +
The map, live traffic, NOTAM alerts and airspace are free with no limits. Full airport pages and the 3D cockpit ride are metered per day: 3 airports and 3 flights a day as a visitor, 15 of each a day with a free account, plus 3 more of each for every point you earn. Counters reset every day. A point is one approved edit or one confirmed field. At 50 points everything becomes unlimited, for free.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later? +
Yes. You can upgrade from the free plan or switch between paid plans at any time from your profile settings. Changes take effect immediately.
How does the Provider Gold auction work? +
Providers at each airport are ranked by bid amount: the highest bidder gets the Gold badge, the second gets Silver, and the third gets Bronze. The minimum bid is $50/mo. If someone outbids you, you are notified by email and can increase your bid.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Absolutely. All paid plans are month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel from your profile at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
