NOTE - State ACFT do not follow the above restrictions. The crossing will be authorized as long as it does not put at risk the operations in SBSC and there is no interference in the conditioned airspaces. ACFT before starting the engines should get in CTC with OPS SANTA CRUZ FREQ 121.150MHz. OPS DEP/LDG preferably RWY 23 due to wildlife risk (capivaras) RWY 23 OPS TGL DAYTIME, for external ACFT of BASC, only with authorization from the CMDT of BASC, through contact with OPO-SC by phone: (21) 3078-0372. OPS DEP/LDG ACFT mandatory to inform estimated DEP/LDG by Tel: (21) 3078-0372 and CTC Operational Stay Official (OPO) freq. 121.15Mhz with at least 15 min in advance for execution of RWY inspection. Failure to comply with this order may result in a request for a go-around or waits in flight. Refueling of ACFT inside the Zeppelin hangar is forbidden. OPR ACFT CIV only with prior AUTH from the CMTE of BASC. RWY 05/23 presence of animals in the vicinity. OBS VAC for entry or exit of the traffic circuit.
