ACFT in VFR OPS should follow the following procedures: 1. Arrival TFC for RWY 03 to perform TFC circuit on the right and for RWY 21 on the left; 2. TFC taking off from RWY 03 to make a right turn and from RWY 21 a left turn; 3. ACFT in the TFC circuit should not exceed the banks of the Oiapoque river. Observe VAC for entry or exit from the traffic circuit; In Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC), operations of aircraft on the taxi runway of the yard are prohibited while there is a landing or taking off operation of aircraft classified with reference code number 2C. In Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC), push-back operations of aircraft are prohibited while there are landing or takeoff operations of aircraft classified with reference code number 2C. Under IMC conditions, there is a restriction for simultaneous operation of RWY 03/21e and TWY from the patio during landing or takeoff operations of 2C code aircraft.
