Airport of entry. Full CIQ on request. Currently serves as backup to ZMCK for international flights. Visa-free entry extended until 31 Dec 2026 for 34 countries (up to 30 days, tourism). Others need e-visa or embassy visa. All foreign nationals must register with Immigration Agency within 48 hours. Crew: prior permission from CAAM required for private/GA flights; noise certificate (CON) required in permit application
