Landing permit required for private non-revenue and charter flights. Minimum 24h advance notice for CIQ. Documentation required: certificates of registration and airworthiness, worldwide insurance with 3rd-party liability, crew/passenger info, local business contact. Cabin must be sprayed with approved pesticide at top of descent prior to landing; empty cans handed to health authorities on arrival. If not sprayed, authorities will spray on arrival with pax onboard. Crew visas issued on arrival via gendec, valid up to 72 hours. NFFN is 24h AOE with 24h CIQ.
