The Canada Border Services Agency designates airports of entry (AOE) in its Directory of Offices and Services. A full AOE clears all aircraft. Others only clear aircraft with a set number of passengers (AOE/#), general aviation with 15 people or fewer (AOE/15), CANPASS members (AOE/CAN), cargo, seaplanes, seasonal traffic or military aircraft (AOE/M).
