General Remarks
Thailand has the LONGEST official permit lead times in Asia-Pacific. Plan very early. CAAT limited office hours (0800-1400) are a constraint. Suvarnabhumi (VTBS) is the main international airport; Don Mueang (VTBD) handles some GA. U-Tapao/Rayong (VTBU) is an alternative.
