Private flights require full permits. Same requirements as non-scheduled operations.
All non-scheduled flights require prior SSCAA approval. Online application portal available. Minimum 72-hour lead time.

Apply through SSCAA e-services portal at sscaa.eservices.gov.ss. Submit flight details, aircraft documentation, routing, and operator information. Application progress tracked via email and SMS notifications.
Landing Permit

General Remarks
South Sudan became independent in 2011 and the SSCAA is a relatively new authority. E-services portal at sscaa.eservices.gov.ss provides online permit applications with email/SMS tracking.
