Requirements by Operation Type
Private and business jet flights require landing and overflight permits.
All non-scheduled operations require prior permit with 72-hour lead time.
Scheduled services governed by bilateral agreements. Seasonal block permits available.
Overflight Permit

Submit application to ANACIM Air Transport Department at least 72 working hours prior with flight schedule, entry/exit points, and aircraft documents.

- Validity: 72 hours from initial requested schedule
- Fees: Landing and parking fees apply; ASECNA navigation charges
Applies to private/business jets, charter flights, non-scheduled commercial ops, humanitarian/medevac, and tech stops exceeding 2 hours.
Submit application to ANACIM with full flight details, passenger/cargo manifest, and aircraft documentation (AOC, COA, COI, CON, COR).
Cabotage
Prohibited for foreign operators
