Requirements by Operation Type

3 business days lead time for private non-revenue permits. Short notice at CAA discretion.

Remarks:

Charter permits have more extensive documentation requirements and 21-day advance administrative procedures. Pilots aged 65+ may not fly as PIC on charter flights. Crew immigration forms required 24 hours before arrival.

Submit landing clearance request to SEAC-PF at least 72 hours before arrival. Email bria@seac.pf. For charters, complete administrative procedures 21 days in advance. Provide crew information to ground handler before arrival.

Cabotage

Restricted under French aviation law. Inter-island domestic services subject to French/local regulations.
