Remarks:

Mandatory for ALL operations. All overflight requests reviewed by Pakistan Air Defence prior to PCAA approval. ISRAEL PROHIBITION: flights to/from Israel are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Advanced security screening conducted on all requests. Indian-registered aircraft must provide additional operator details. No aircraft documents required for overflight (except Indian-registered aircraft).

Application Process:

1. Submit overflight request to PCAA Air Transport Directorate at least 48 working hours before (96 hours recommended for security screening) 2. Provide: operator name, itinerary, flight purpose, route, expected flight level, crew/passenger details, flight classification 3. No aircraft documents required (except Indian-registered aircraft: provide additional operator details) 4. PCAA forwards to Pakistan Air Defence for security review 5. ISRAEL PROHIBITION: NO flights to/from Israel 6. Navigation charges apply

Landing Permit

Remarks:

Required for ALL operations (private and charter). Six business days processing. Comprehensive documentation required: airworthiness, registration, worldwide insurance. Charter operators must also submit AOC. ISRAEL PROHIBITION strictly enforced. All requests undergo security screening by PCAA and Pakistan Air Defence. Any date change requires new permit number.
