Overflight Permit

All overflight applications MUST be submitted through NOSAS (Non-Scheduled Application System) since May 13, 2022. NOSAS is free of charge. All airlines, agents, or handlers involved in non-scheduled/non-commercial operations must use NOSAS.

NOSAS system (nosas.caam.gov.my) is MANDATORY for all flight permit and overflight applications since May 2022. Free of charge. Landing slots must be applied separately with National Slot Coordination Malaysia (NSCM). Route navigation charges and landing/parking fees apply.

General Remarks
NOSAS system is mandatory since May 2022 -- no manual/email submissions accepted. System is free of charge and aims to streamline processing. KLIA (WMKK) and Subang (WMSA) are the primary airports. Subang is the preferred GA/bizav airport near Kuala Lumpur.
