Requirements by Operation Type

Private flights require permits. AOC not required for private aircraft.

All non-scheduled flights require prior permits. Minimum 24 working hours lead time.

Scheduled services governed by bilateral agreements. ASECNA manages navigation charges.

Remarks:

ASECNA member state. FIR ICAO code: FMMM. Flight plan must follow ICAO format per PANS/RAC DOC.4444.

Application Process:

Submit application at least 24 working hours in advance with ICAO-format flight plan and aircraft documentation.

Landing Permit

  • Fees: Landing and parking fees apply; ASECNA navigation charges
Remarks:

Landing permit and airport parking slot mandatory. Aircraft documents (AOC, COA, COI, COR, CON) required; private aircraft do not require AOC.

Application Process:

Submit application to ACM with full flight details and aircraft documentation. Airport slot must be secured.

Cabotage

Prohibited for foreign operators

General Remarks

ASECNA member state. ACM operates 0300Z to 1500Z. Flight plan must be submitted 30 minutes before expected departure at departure ARO.
