Remarks:

Working hours 0100Z-1000Z. Overflight permit number must be included in Item 18 of submitted flight plan. Navigation/communication fees determined by MTOW.

Application Process:

Submit overflight clearance request to OFNAC with flight schedule, entry/exit points, ATC route, and aircraft documents. Include permit number in flight plan Item 18.

Landing Permit

  • Required: Yes
  • Authority: Office National de l'Aviation Civile (OFNAC)
  • Lead Time: 24 hours minimum advance notification
  • Validity: 24 hours from initially requested schedule
  • Fees: Navigation and communication fees based on MTOW; landing and parking charges apply
Remarks:

Prior permission mandatory for all operations: private, GA, charter, scheduled, non-scheduled, passenger, cargo, technical or traffic landings.

Application Process:

Notify OFNAC at least 24 hours in advance of landing. Provide complete flight details and aircraft documentation.

Cabotage

Restricted. Domestic operations subject to Haitian aviation regulations.

Haiti has its own set of rules and procedures. OFNAC is the state body in charge of civil aviation organization and regulation. Security situation may affect operations - check NOTAMs regularly.
