Remarks:

International flights subject to Cook Islands Civil Aviation Rules (CICAR). Foreign aircraft must comply with AIP sections GEN 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4. PASO (Pacific Aviation Safety Office) member state.

Remarks:

All aircraft flying into or departing from Cook Islands must make first landing at or final departure from Rarotonga International Airport. Subject to CICAR and ICAO Annex 9 standards.

Cabotage

Restricted. Domestic inter-island services subject to Cook Islands regulations.

General Remarks

Cook Islands is a PASO member state. Aviation regulations correspond to ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (Annex 9). All international flights must use Rarotonga International Airport for first/last point of entry/exit.
