Requirements by Operation Type

Private non-revenue flights require landing and overflight permits.

All non-scheduled operations require prior permit. USD 200 processing fee per permit.

Scheduled flights governed by bilateral agreements. Seasonal block permits available for scheduled commercial airlines.
