Requirements by Operation Type
Private non-revenue flights require landing and overflight permits.
All non-scheduled operations require prior permit. USD 200 processing fee per permit.
Scheduled flights governed by bilateral agreements. Seasonal block permits available for scheduled commercial airlines.
Overflight Permit

- Validity: 72 hours from initial requested schedule
- Fees: USD 200 processing fee; ASECNA navigation charges apply
ASECNA member state. Navigation bills issued through ASECNA.
Submit application to ANAC at least 3 business days prior with flight schedule, entry/exit points, and aircraft documentation.
Landing Permit

- Validity: 72 hours from initial requested schedule
- Fees: USD 200 processing fee; landing and parking fees apply separately
Landing permit required for both private non-revenue and non-scheduled commercial flights.
Submit application to ANAC with full flight details, passenger/cargo manifest, and aircraft documentation including AOC, COA, COI, COR.
