Remarks:

BES islands fall outside EASA regulatory framework. TCO authorisation not required for flights to BES islands. Curacao Air Navigation Services Provider (DC-ANSP) manages TNCF FIR. Operators without account/deposit cannot transit.

Submit to Dutch Caribbean CAA with flight schedule, purpose of flight, crew details, and aircraft documentation. Ensure navigation fee account is in order.

Landing Permit

  • Fees: Landing and parking charges apply per airport. Air navigation charges via DC-ANSP.
Remarks:

Governed by Luchtvaartwet BES (Aviation Act for BES islands). Each island has specific airport regulations. No EASA TCO authorisation required.

Cabotage

Restricted under Dutch/BES aviation law. Inter-island operations subject to local regulations.

General Remarks

BES islands are special municipalities of the Netherlands but fall outside EASA jurisdiction. Aviation Act BES (Luchtvaartwet BES) governs aviation. ILT supervises noise compliance at BES airports. Must have funded navigation fee account to transit TNCF FIR.
