Cabotage

No (strictly enforced; Form 094 specifically screens for cabotage)

General Remarks

Australia's 6-8 week charter permission lead time is one of the longest globally. Plan well in advance for charter operations. Private non-revenue is much simpler. Form 094 is the critical document for charter -- specifically screens for cabotage. Sydney (YSSY), Melbourne (YMML), Brisbane (YBBN) are primary international airports.
